Unless you mobilize, He will commit you to painful retribution and substitute other people in your place; you can never hurt Him in the least. God is Omnipotent.
إِلّا تَنفِروا يُعَذِّبكُم عَذابًا أَليمًا وَيَستَبدِل قَومًا غَيرَكُم وَلا تَضُرّوهُ شَيـًٔا وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَىءٍ قَديرٌ
illaa tanfiroo yu’az zibkum ‘azaaban aleemanw wa yastabdil qawman ghairakum wa laa tadurroohu shai’aa; wal laahu ‘alaa kulli shai’in Qadeer
