(The Warnings Go Unheeded)
Consequently, we sent upon them the flood, the locusts, the lice, the frogs, and the blood – profound signs. But they maintained their arrogance. They were evil people.
فَأَرسَلنا عَلَيهِمُ الطّوفانَ وَالجَرادَ وَالقُمَّلَ وَالضَّفٰدِعَ وَالدَّمَ ءايٰتٍ مُفَصَّلٰتٍ فَاستَكبَروا وَكانوا قَومًا مُجرِمينَ
fa arsalnaa ‘alaihimut toofaana waljaraada walqum mala waddafaadi’a waddama Aayaatim mufassalaatin fastakbaroo wa kaanoo qawmam mujrimeen
