Is not the One who created the heavens and the earth able to recreate the same? Yes indeed; He is the Creator, the Omniscient.
أَوَلَيسَ الَّذى خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضَ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلىٰ أَن يَخلُقَ مِثلَهُم بَلىٰ وَهُوَ الخَلّٰقُ العَليمُ
awa laisal lazee khalaqas samaawaati wal arda biqaadirin ‘alaaa ai-yakhluqa mislahum; balaa wa Huwal Khallaaqul ‘Aleem
