Pharaoh, others before him, and the sinners (of Sodom) were wicked.
وَجاءَ فِرعَونُ وَمَن قَبلَهُ وَالمُؤتَفِكٰتُ بِالخاطِئَةِ
wa jaaa’a Firawnu wa man qablahoo wal mu’tafikaatu bil khaati’ah
