He is the One who shapes you in the wombs as He wills. There is no other god besides Him; the Almighty, Most Wise.
هُوَ الَّذى يُصَوِّرُكُم فِى الأَرحامِ كَيفَ يَشاءُ لا إِلٰهَ إِلّا هُوَ العَزيزُ الحَكيمُ
huwal lazee yusawwirukum fil arhaami kaifa yashaaa’; laa ilaaha illaa Huwal ‘Azeezul Hakeem
