Castle Ardenstein marks the first game in the Soil of Canaan™ series—the Tradition Branch of the FORTIFIED DARKNESS™ franchise.

HÖGANÄS, SWEDEN—MAY 16, 2022—Castle Ardenstein™ is a horror adventure video game that takes place in the FORTIFIED DARKNESS™ universe. Players will explore a Castle in Ardenstein™—a fictional village located somewhere in Bavaria, Germany.

The story follows a desperate student looking for a job to pay his student loan—who, after picking up a job from an ad—finds himself lost with only a vague map and a strange talisman in his possession, given to him by his recent employer.
